Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026. This policy explains the usual shipping and delivery process for products supplied by Khawaja Engineering. The delivery terms written in an accepted quotation or contract take priority.

1. Delivery Coverage

We primarily serve customers in Pakistan. Delivery to a particular city, industrial site or another country is confirmed case by case based on product restrictions, courier coverage, import or export requirements and the agreed quotation.

2. Shipping Charges and Taxes

Freight, insurance, taxes, duties, unloading, site delivery and special packing are included only when shown in the quotation. Charges can vary by weight, dimensions, declared value, destination and urgency. We will confirm known charges before accepting the order whenever practical.

3. Processing and Availability

Processing begins after required payment, approved specifications and complete delivery information are received. Stock statements are subject to allocation and final confirmation. Imported, configured, calibrated or special-order products require additional lead time.

4. Delivery Estimates

Dispatch and delivery dates are good-faith estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Supplier delays, customs, public holidays, transport disruption, weather, security restrictions, regulatory checks and other events outside reasonable control can affect timing. We will share material updates available to us, but should not be held responsible for a third-party delay beyond our control.

5. Address and Site Access

The customer must provide an accurate recipient name, phone number, street or site address, city and any gate, timing, security or unloading instructions. Additional cost caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery, restricted access or repeated delivery attempt may be charged to the customer.

6. Packaging, Dispatch and Tracking

Products are packed according to their nature and the agreed transport method. Where a carrier provides tracking or a consignment reference, we will share it with the customer. High-value, fragile, heavy or oversized equipment may require dedicated transport, insurance or special handling.

7. Partial Deliveries

Where an order contains items with different lead times, we may propose a partial delivery. Additional freight or revised payment arrangements will be confirmed before dispatch.

8. Receiving and Inspection

Inspect the package at delivery where possible. Note visible damage or shortage on the carrier record before signing, preserve all packaging, and take clear photographs. Verify the model, quantity and condition promptly. Report a problem with the quotation or invoice reference through the Contact page.

9. Damage, Loss or Incorrect Supply

Carrier and supplier claims often have short reporting periods, so prompt evidence is important. After review, we will advise the applicable carrier claim, replacement, completion, repair, return or refund process under our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.

10. Customer Collection

Collection is available only when agreed. The authorized collector may need identification and the order reference. Responsibility for suitable transport and securing the goods is confirmed as part of the collection arrangement.

11. Digital Delivery

Software, license information or digital documentation may be delivered by secure email, vendor portal or another agreed electronic method after payment and eligibility checks. The customer is responsible for providing an accessible email account and compatible environment.

12. Contact

For a delivery estimate or dispatch question, email info@khawajaengineering.com with the product, quantity and destination city.
